I’m Eavan (she/her/hers), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado. I’m passionate about helping teens, individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges while deepening their connection to themselves and those around them. Trained relationally, I work from the understanding that individuals do not exist in isolation but rather we are shaped by our relationships and experiences, past and present.

My path to becoming a therapist began with a love for understanding people and their stories. I earned my undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound, where I developed a deep appreciation for human experiences, relationships, and cultures. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a kindergarten teacher and discovered a desire to provide more individualized support to families. This led me to pursue my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy at Regis University, graduating in 2024.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through authentic connection. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity exploration, family dynamics, low self-esteem, boundary setting, or life transitions, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.

I am trained in Brainspotting, a trauma-informed approach that can help access and process experiences that may be stored deeper in the brain and body. I integrate Brainspotting alongside relational and evidence-based approaches to support clients in their healing and growth

Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen your sense of self, and develop practical tools to help you move through life with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, with others, and with what matters most to you.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m spending as much time outside as I can, camping in the mountains with my dog, running, or trying out new recipes.
