Eavan Caroline Counseling PLLC is owned and operated by Eavan McKenzie, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT.0003157) in the state of Colorado. Services are provided in accordance with the scope of practice for LMFT licensure in Colorado.

No Therapeutic Relationship

Viewing this website, submitting a contact form, or sending an email does not establish a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established once intake paperwork is completed, informed consent is signed, and services formally begin.

Services

Therapy services may include individual, couples, and family therapy. Services are provided to clients physically located in the state(s) in which the clinician is licensed at the time of service, in accordance with applicable telehealth regulations.

Telehealth

Telehealth services are provided when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically located in a jurisdiction where services may legally be delivered at the time of each session.

Client information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal laws. Information will not be shared without written consent except in situations required or permitted by law (such as risk of harm, or abuse reporting requirements.)
